Return & Exchange
You have 30 days to make a return request. The return is at your expense, however the second shipment to your home is at our expense.
To return your order, simply follow these 3 steps:
1. Log in to your Remixline.com account Click the "My Account" tab then "Order History". Choose the order you wish to return and click on "Details" to select the items and quantities you wish to return then indicate the reason for your return and indicate the size you want. Then click "Generate a Return". Your request will be processed within 24 hours.
2. Once accepted the return status will pass "Wait for packages" then click on "Print" once download it into your package.
3. Send your package in Colissimo followed by the following address:

We recommend that you keep a proof of delivery until your return is processed. Any returned items must not have been worn and returned in their original packaging. Any returned items soiled or damaged by the customer will not be exchanged. The processing of the exchanges is subject to stock availability. A refund will be offered if necessary. Please note that returns can take up to 15 days before being processed. The exchanges only apply to the same article for a different size.
Please note that all products falling under the categories "Customizable clothing, specials, sales, sneakers (customized basketball), etc." are neither exchangeable nor refundable, unless we are mistaken. Do not hesitate to contact us for any further information.
Basket customized no exchange will be accepted for a mistake of size. Please refer to the applicable trademarks.
The refund is made within 5 days after receipt of the conformity check.
